Client
Zido Logistics
Project
From transport operator to trusted logistics brand.
Project Summary
Zido Logistics was moving from a traditional transport model into a broader logistics business. We helped them build a brand and digital presence that reflected that shift, from strategy and identity through to a website, social media and six months of support after launch.
Sector
- Logistics
- Procurement
The challenge
Zido was changing what it did, but its image had not yet caught up. A business moving into logistics needs to be understood quickly by potential clients and partners, who need to see the services on offer, trust the company and know how to get in touch. Zido needed a brand that signalled its new direction and a digital presence that explained its services clearly.
Our approach
We started with strategy. Before designing anything, we defined who Zido was becoming, who it served and how it should sound, so every visual and written decision had a clear purpose. From there, we built the identity, then the website and social media, and finally supported the launch so Zido could manage its brand with confidence.
What we did
- Brand strategy: We defined the positioning, audience and tone of voice for the new logistics business.
- Visual identity: We designed the logo, colour palette and visual cues that give Zido a recognisable, professional look across every touchpoint.
- Website: We built a new website from the ground up, structured around the services clients need, with clear messaging and calls to action that guide visitors towards making an enquiry. The design works across devices.
- Social media: We set up Zido’s social channels and created content in line with the brand.
- Ongoing support: We provided six months of support after launch, then handed the brand and website over to Zido’s team.
